New La Siesta Hotel Open

La Siesta Hotel is a 30-room boutique hotel located within La Siesta Gated Community. In construction for a number of years, the hotel has opened in April 2021 its First Phase which included the completion of all common area elements including the lobby and foyer, in-door and outdoor dinning, patio, events and conference room, swimming pool (25M x15M), kitchen, laundry facilities and 8 fully furnished rooms. Four more rooms will be completed by September 2021 in Phase 1.

Phase 2 will add another 8 rooms to reach 20 fully furnished rooms by December 2021 and Phase 3 will add the remaining 10 rooms to complete 30 rooms by December 2022.

All rooms have double queen beds, full bathroom, satellite TV, WIFI, closet, safe, and balcony with sea view. Daily continental breakfast is served, and daily housekeeping included for hotel guests who also have access to all the resort facilities and events. Lunch and dinner are provided either through catering services by the renowned STUDIO MISR Restaurant and/or at The Grill Restaurant right on the property.

The construction of 18 new villas adjacent to the hotel will supplement the hotel capacity and will serve guests that are looking for a more extended and private stay. Six villas (120 M2) with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and twelve villas (90 M2) with 2 bedrooms 2 baths. All villas have large, combined living/dinning, spacious external balcony/patio with unobstructed private sea view and access to several swimming pools.

The average daily price for a Hotel Bed & Breakfast room in SOHKNA pre-COVID 19 was in excess of EP 3’000/day. Some discounting has occurred during 2020, but the forecast is for a quick return to pre-COVID 19 prices.
